Jesse is a 5th year physics and mathematics undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on nuclear radiation and computational analysis.
Their scholarly interests are in applications of probability theory, specifically stochastic geometry and random graphs. This gives rise to some of their other conceptual interests, which lie at the intersection of linguistics, mathematics, and AI. In particular, they are interested in the development of natural language technologies and machine learning.
Outside of that, they are interested in veganism, gardening, jazz, and boxing.
Currently, Jesse is preoccupied with applications of group theory to other subdomains of mathematics, mostly as it pertains to solving emerging cryptographic challenges.
They are also really into memes. Send them a few.
